- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worse customer service ever, waited for 20 minutes just to have a teller tell me the wait in more than and hour because the people in front of me. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Would give a 0 if I could. I am down here on vacation and stopped bye the pnc to get cash out. I put my card in the machine and it made a funny noise and then said out of order. It wouldn't give me my card back. I went inside and the teller had my card but refused to give it back. She said it was against their policy because I was not a pnc customer. She kept saying the ATM confiscated my card for a reason....it wasn't stollen. I could verify my ID. I had my PIN. they could have called my bank. They left me with no debit card or cash while out of town, alone with two young kids. The whole situation was ridiculous. The people who work here are incompetent.By Dana Augustin, May 31, 2017
